“My mantra: a smile is always your best accessory.”
Hi, I'm Jennifer.
Hold your breath…
Not one to sit still very long it took some deciding to focus on slowing down and yet once I did I have never looked back.
After many years of going through life's ups and downs- life had me in a perpetual breath hold.
I quickly learned I was making my life much too difficult and I had the power to change it. Enter Dr. Belisa Vranich and The Breathing Class- and I became certified to help people find their natural state in breathing through their bellies.
I needed to sleep better, react less quickly and really learn to stop and smell those darn roses.
Sound familiar?
Breathing through your diaphragm and using your belly is the best abdominal work out yet - and I am a fitness instructor, former competitive athlete and still continue to pretend I can ski like I did back in my years at Groovy UVM. Girls’ gotta dream.
Did you know there is data to support three large belly breaths to immediately calm your nervous system?

Testimonials
“My first grade daughter was diagnosed with acid reflux and put on medication. I spoke with Jenn and we discussed trying a breathing session. My daughter, Kate, worked with Jenn one on one and then did a session with my daughter’s teacher. Now Kate starts recess with her teacher belly breathing for 10 minutes every day. She is off the meds and her whole class is belly breathing at intervals during the day!” Sarah M
“I found Jenn through my soccer coach when I was struggling with anxiety and athletics. I am really hoping to play soccer in college and wanted to find a way to manage the stress and anxiety on game days. Jenn taught me some great breathing strategies to help me focus on finding deep belly breaths and staying calm and focused in the moment.” Taylor S
“ I was skeptical about breath work as it seemed a bit hyped but, I was looking for something to help manage my stress naturally. Jenn’s enthusiasm for breath work is contagious! As she explained the body already breathes through the belly when we sleep and we have learned from a young age to breathe through our shoulders, I quickly began to understand the belly breathing advantages. After a few deep breaths I felt high from the oxygen. After a few weeks of learning to breathe with my body using diaphragmatic breathing, I feel much less stress and more body awareness.” Scott R
